- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This is definitely the best bank/credit union ever! Went in today, they opened the door for me. Asked me if I wanted coffee, tea, or hot chocolate while I waited to open an account. Hot Chocolate is very delicious by the way! The staff was really awesome and friendly. They answered any questions I had. Made me feel at home while waiting by constantly handing out handy brochures and assuring me someone would be right with me. Left with a smile, a savings, and checking account opened. Definitely will return again. Bank of America has some competition because I might fully switch to Achieva. Would give 10/5 stars if I could!By Juan Valencia, January 04, 2017
