  I met Mr. Herzog several years ago while he was working on an election campaign. I again had the pleasure of working with Attorney Herzog while I was employed at a law firm in New Port Richey. Attorney Herzog was extremely professional and went above and beyond to assist me. I have been fortunate to see how Attorney Herzog interacts with his staff and his clients.   After it became obvious something was very wrong with the way my late Aunt and Uncles affairs had been handled by someone they had unfortunately trusted, I hired Attn. Herzog for help. He took care of the immediate need of an eviction (related to this situation), and then conducted a thorough discovery of the situation which uncovered serious financial elder abuse. The discovery, being of a financial nature, was painstaking and detailed; expertise in elder law was essential; knowledge of criminal law and it's nuances necessary; Mr. Herzog provided all this and more, as well as representing me in the estate's interest at numerous court hearings and pre-trial conferences. I could not have navigated the process from discovery to eventual case moving to the State Attorney without the efficiency and persistance of Mr. Herzog. He and his staff were professional, candid, and quickly available throughout. I'm pleased to say we did find justice for my family and equally pleased to give Attn. Herzog my highest recommendation for any legal needs, including the very difficult and demanding ones.
